Registers and Manages player records for player age groups U6-U9. Team assignment is in conjunction with the VP Coaches. Verifies players and teams according to BGYSC and CYSFguidelines

Registers and Manages player records for recreational and Select level age groups U10-U19. Team assignment is in conjunction with the VP-Competition. Verifies players and teams according to BGYSC and CYSF guidelines.

Recruits and trains coaches and their assistants.Responsible for scheduling clinics. Supervises Select team tryouts.

Receives, records, and submits all league game scores to the CYSF Scorekeeper. Maintains records of all BGYSC league team standings for use in competitions.

Purchases equipment including player’s uniforms, balls and nets. Maintains inventory and distribution of equipment.

Responsible for initial maintenance and striping of all fields utilized by BGYSC.

Recruits sponsors and maintains records of sponsorships. Submits advertising and informational notices to the Reflector and Columbian regarding club activities.
